Focused Breath - Silent Anchor

Duration: 5 minutes

Instructions

For the next few minutes, place your attention on the physical sensation of the breath.

Choose one location: nostrils, chest, or abdomen.

When attention wanders, notice it and gently return to the breath.

There is nothing else to do.

What to Expect

• Start bell will signal the beginning

• Practice in silence with no cues

• End bell will signal completion

• Brief reflection questions afterward
